3. Engage in Best Practices for violence prevention and trauma intervention to:        

•  Support survivors of trauma.
•  Challenge cultural norms and expectations.
•  Increase pro-social activities through Hip-Hop Heals.
•  Identify strategies and possibilities for systems change.
